Mandatory Experience
- Min 5+ yrs commercial work experience in .NET system design and development
- Solid history of .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005+
- Solid work experience architecting, designing and developing web, windows and mobile device applications
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Expertise in managing junior to senior developers providing mentoring, technical assistance and leadership
Desired Experience
- Ability to document system requirement specifications, including Use Case, UML and Process diagrams
- Ability to document and deliver system and database design and translate user and system requirements
into design documents
- Ability to liaise with senior management and Business Analysts to achieve outcomes
- Ability to manage system development teams, including job allocation and reviews
- Ability to write and manage internal SDLC and configuration change processes
- The ability to accurately estimate level of design, development and test effort against requirements
- The ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
- The ability to handle more than one project at a time
- A Degree from a reputable University
- Microsoft Certifications
Software Developer
Work within an established and dynamic team and play a key role in technical and architectural decisions and the development of new and enhancements of existing .NET/C# applications.

Mandatory Experience
- Development in the .NET Framework, C#, Visual Studio, Source Safe, Winforms, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
- Proven experience in .NET Framework, C# and Windows Forms, combined with demonstrable experience
working on n-tier architectures.
Desired Experience
- Skilled in developing structured and reliable n-tier C# code, analysing source code produced by other
developers and trace functional errors across a complex multi-project .NET solution
- Familiarity with ASP.NET, Mobile Devices (PDAs/Tablets/Touch Screens), and RFID Technology.
Asset Management (Marine Systems)
Experienced technicians required to work within a team of well-regarded Defence System Engineers across a diverse range of projects. Successful applicants will be motivated, a quick learner, and able to work both independently and within a small team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Onsite asset management
- Identification and research skills for Defence Maritime Systems
- Data collation, mining and reporting
Applicants must be an Australian citizen (eligible for a Defence Security Clearance) have experience in Marine Systems, have exceptional good oral and written communication skills, and be conversant with MS Applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Access.
Logistics Business Data Practitioner/Analyst
Solid knowledge of Defence logistics systems - SDSS, ROMAN and data mapping experience are pre-requisite skills for this role.
