Event: Relegen To Preview assetDNA Cloud + iOS Mobile App at Field Service Management Summit
Pioneering mobile data capture company Relegen will be previewing its new enterprise asset intelligence solution – assetDNA – for the Cloud and iOS mobile devices at the HID Global booth during the 11th Annual Field Service Management Summit on 16 – 17 April, 2019 in Sydney.
The new assetDNA cloud and mobile-enabled platform will leverage the latest in enterprise mobility with a no-code app builder so organisations can rapidly create apps for capturing accurate and real-time data, and immediately deploy to mobile devices for use infield during workflows such as inspections, check-in/check-out, track, transfer, proof-of-presence, service, work orders, warranties and returns, part rotations and more. Apps can be configured to capture data of any type, in any order, as well as photos, videos, documents, GPS locations, e-signatures, display messages, warnings and alerts, and more. The app also integrates with third-party hardware to scan a wide-range of RFID, Barcode, NFC, Cellular, GPS, IoT, RTLS tagging technology including those offered by Relegen’s long-term technology partner HID Global.
“One of our priorities when developing the new platform was to provide customers with complete control over their mobile data capture forms, fields and workflows. In doing so we will, for the first time, give them the capability to swiftly configure and deploy – without code – their own custom enterprise mobile apps.” says Paul Bennett, Founder and Managing Director of Relegen. “Furthermore, having the right data in hand gives field technicians the information they need to complete work more efficiently and with greater accuracy. It also means superior, real-world intelligence is passed to primary systems for smarter, more-informed operational and strategic decision-making.”
The new assetDNA cloud and iOS mobile application will be officially launched in May 2019. The product sits at the forefront of Relegen’s comprehensive range of software, tagging, mobile data capture and workflow solutions which help organisations improve through-life data integrity, enterprise-wide visibility, item-level identification and traceability of physical assets and operational risk. Relegen’s deep expertise stems from delivering people and technology to the Australian Defence Force since 2000 – expertise that has been successfully leveraged across asset-intensive organisations across Australia and around the world.
